High Tide Lacrosse Camp is focused on fundamental skill development for boys and girls of all ages, and skill levels in a fun, safe environment! The Coastalax camp program is a fit for beginners just looking for a new sport to try, as well as the more experienced, highly skilled players looking to take their games to the next level! Players are grouped throughout the day by age and skill level with a curriculum that fits the stage of each player’s individual skill development. A minimum of 3 on-field sessions per day paired with fun camp staples like dodgeball, water balloons, and kickball! Have a blast playing lacrosse with your friends this summer!! Top high school coaches from across the state along with division 1, 2, and 3 college players on both the offensive and defensive side of the ball. Each day ends with our famous Coastalax giveaways!

*Minnow Sessions are designed for new players to first-year players grades pre-k through 2nd grade and are focused on basic lacrosse fundamentals. Scooping, cradling, as well as learning the basic techniques of catching, throwing, and shooting!

*Shark Sessions are designed for players that are at least in their 2nd year of playing grades 3 - 7 that have a good understanding of lacrosse basics. Players are challenged and taught proper shooting and dodging techniques, on-field IQ, as well as defensive footwork and stick-handling techniques.

*High School Sessions are for the high school players looking to bring their game to the elite level! Each 3-hour day will be uptempo with fast-paced skills and drills that will challenge players both offensively and defensively. Both boys and girls players will be challenged by coaches to focus on their areas of opportunity and be shown ways to grow their strengths as a player. We pride ourselves on our elite coaches and counselors that every player is in constant movement getting tone of touches on the ball!
